The main pillars of these installations are:

• Electric fire alarm

The electric fire alarm is used for real-time acoustic and visual indication of the centre of a fire or of the place where fire has occurred. The electric fire alarm must be designed specifically for the given project and it must be efficient. Its costs must be proportionate to the building fire protection costs matching the values to be protected and the probability of the emergence of fire. The electric fire alarm system must be fully addressable and enable clear and fast identification of the place where a fire has occurred.



• Evacuation and public address system

The public address system is a complex of devices transmitting radio signals via lines to the individual audio devices. It can be used as the local public address and/or evacuation sound system by complying with all related standards and regulations. The sound signal is distributed from the central control to the individual speakers connected to independent, separately controlled speaker lines.



• Electric security system

The electric security system is a system for protection of property and persons and prevention of unauthorised access to selected sections of the building. The system enables reliable and fast detection of encroachment on guarded areas and its indication using separate addresses.



• Closed circuit television system

To increase protection efficiency and building protection as such, buildings can be equipped with a closed circuit television system (CCTV). This camera system performs these main functions: deterrence, guarding, event recording, and legally acceptable video documentation. Thanks to the camera system, the number of security guards can be reduced and they can work more efficiently by monitoring multiple areas. With alarm systems activated, the camera system can be used for monitoring of the respective area and making a decision on the most appropriate type of reaction. Video recordings are not only evidence for possible building monitoring, but they also provide the central management with major check data on activity in shopping centres, beyond the scope of common security.



• Data and telephone lines

Data networks are nowadays the most widely used communication environment for data, voice and/or video transfer using both metallic and fibre optic cables. Specific solutions rest upon products from major world manufacturers and use a progressive technology.



• Parking systems

Parking systems are used for parking organisation and control of areas subject to parking fees in designated areas.



• Uniform time

The “uniform time system” enables monitoring of the exact time and possible display of brief digital messages on digital and/or analogue clocks installed where desired. The exact time can be obtained from a DCF radio time signal receiver.
